Tell us what the pack says. A person checks every correction before anything on the page changes.
A product is missing
Send us the name and barcode, or a photograph of the pack. Missing products are how we decide what to add next.
Your account or billing
Anything about a subscription, a charge or deleting your account. We would rather sort it out than argue.
