The small print, in full
Nothing is charged until you subscribe.
You can create an account, look at the catalogue and use your free analyses without giving us a card. When you do subscribe, it is €1.99 a month until you cancel, and cancelling takes one click in your account settings.
What counts as an analysis?
Opening a product we hold and seeing its ingredient breakdown. A failed scan, a barcode we don't have, a camera problem, or reopening the same result all cost nothing.
What happens when the five run out?
You keep your account, your history stays readable and search still works. You just can't run new analyses until you subscribe. We don't hold what you have already looked at hostage.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you are back where an unsubscribed account sits: history and search, no new analyses.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong or you were charged for something you didn't want, write to us and we will sort it out. We would rather refund you than argue.
